3.1 User Warranties

b) Have model/release permissions for product images
c) Indemnify Johari Bazar against infringement claims”

3.2 Takedown Procedure
“To report infringement:

1. Email legal@joharibazar.co.in with:

   • Proof of ownership

   • Infringing content URLs

   • Your contact details

2. We’ll remove content within 48 hours of validation”

3.3 Repeat Infringers
“Accounts with 3 valid infringement reports will be permanently banned under Rule 3(7) of IT Rules, 2021.”
