By uploading content, you CONFIRM you:

  • Own all intellectual property rights
  • Have model/release permissions for product images
  • Indemnify Johari Bazar against infringement claims
3.2 Takedown Procedure

To report infringement:

  1. Email legal@joharibazar.co.in with:
  • Proof of ownership
  • Infringing content URLs
  • Your contact details

We’ll remove content within 48 hours of validation

3.3 Repeat Infringers

Accounts with 3 valid infringement reports will be permanently banned under Rule 3(7) of IT Rules, 2021.
