Key Clauses:

1.1 Platform Role

Johari Bazar is a neutral digital catalogue platform connecting wholesalers (‘Vendors’) and retailers (‘Users’). We facilitate content sharing but DO NOT participate in transactions, verify product authenticity, or guarantee information accuracy.

1.2 User Responsibilities

Users must independently verify:

• Product quality, weight, and hallmarking
• Vendor credentials (GST, BIS license)
• Payment/delivery terms

BEFORE any financial transaction. Johari Bazar bears NO liability for disputes.

1.3 Content Disclaimer

All images/descriptions uploaded by Vendors are their sole responsibility. We claim NO copyright ownership and DO NOT endorse any listing. Users must ensure they have intellectual property rights to uploaded content.

1.4 Prohibited Activities

Strictly forbidden:

• Uploading counterfeit/fraudulent listings
• Using others’ copyrighted images without permission
• Financial fraud via platform communications

Violations result in immediate account termination.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

Johari Bazar is exempt from liability arising from:

• Product misrepresentation
• Vendor-retailer disputes
• Copyright infringement claims
• Financial losses

As per Section 79 of IT Act, 2000.
